Alex Michaud

I've spent the last several years helping students and recent graduates navigate the transition from education to career. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am currently pursuing an MBA that I will complete in 2027, also from Illinois.

In my full-time role, I serve as an Enterprise Platform AI Product Owner at a Fortune 500 company. I've also contributed to multiple research roles focused on identifying macro trends and their impact on the evolving workforce and economy. I combine this blend of experience with a genuine passion for coaching and mentorship grounded in strategic thinking about where the world is headed.

Every day I read about and research changes in technology, employment, and the economy to understand how the future is being shaped. My goal is to energize young Americans and equip them with the knowledge and confidence to succeed regardless of background, education level, or starting point.
