Alex Michaud

I've spent the last several years helping students and recent graduates navigate the transition from education to career. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and I'm currently completing an MBA — also at Illinois.

In my full-time role, I serve as an Agentic AI Product Owner at a Fortune 50 company. I've also contributed to multiple research roles focused on identifying macro trends and their impact on the constantly evolving workforce and economy. I combine this blend of experience with a genuine passion for coaching and mentorship — grounded in strategic thinking about where the world is headed.

Every day, I spend hours researching changes in technology, employment, and economies to understand the future. My goal is to equip young Americans with the knowledge and confidence to succeed — regardless of background, education level, or starting point.
